Frequently asked questions.

  • Our standard quote covers a 4-hour reception consisting of multiple sets totaling approximately 3 hours and 15 minutes of playing time with short breaks in-between. If you would like a different timeline for the band, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • Absolutely! The party doesn’t stop until you want it to. However, we will need to charge for the extra time.

  • Events hosted within ~50 miles of our location will be covered at no additional cost. For events that are further away, compensation for time, transportation, and accommodation expenses for the band may be required. For events where the venue does not provide complimentary parking, an additional parking fee may be assessed.

  • Regardless of the packages or services you select, we will always include music during the breaks. Send us a list of songs you wish to hear or even bring your own iPad and we’ll ensue the party keeps going! We also offer a 1-hour continuous professional DJ set as an add-on service.

  • We play music across a wide range of genres and decades. Please check out our Songs page for more details.

  • Absolutely! The first two song requests are always included with any wedding package. All we ask is that you allow us enough time to learn the song. After that, we do charge a small fee per additional song.

  • We always want to make sure that we’re playing what you and your guests want to hear. As part of the planning process, you’ll be able to submit a list of must-have songs from our song library as well as songs you’d rather not have played on your special day. We’ll work with you to tailor the sets to your tastes.

  • Absolutely! While every wedding is unique and we're happy to cater to your tastes and preferences, we typically keep your guests entertained during dinner playing some softer tunes and ballads.

  • Yes! We always bring premium QSC, JBL, and/or EV professional speakers to ensure that we sound our best for you and your guests. Things like subwoofers and wireless microphones are always included, and we also include a dedicated sound engineer with wedding packages for a 7-piece band and larger because we believe that sound quality is something you should never have to sacrifice.

  • Of course! We’re here to serve you, so we’re happy to provide a microphone for any speeches or announcements occurring in the same room as the reception, completely free of charge. If you require microphones and a sound system in another room or building, there may be an additional charge.

  • Yes, as long as we have a cover overhead and a sturdy, flat, dry surface to play on. This is to help protect the safety of the band and the equipment so that there are no unwelcome surprises on your big day.

  • We’ll reach out to you approximately two months prior to your event to touch base and go over high-level structure for your wedding day. Then, we'll meet again approximately two weeks before your wedding date to go over a detailed run-of-show for your special day. In addition, you may always Contact Us as needed or use our Scheduler to book appointments.

  • Upon booking, a 20% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 10 days before your event.
